I focused on redesigning the user experience for Aviva's member and employee portals. The goal was to create a more intuitive, efficient, and engaging interface that enhances user satisfaction and streamlines access to key services and information. The project involved comprehensive user research, interface design, prototyping, and usability testing to ensure the final product met the diverse needs of Aviva’s user base.

The portals received positive feedback from stakeholders, which they quoted the project successfully modernised the portals' interface, making them more engaging and reflective of Aviva's brand identity.
