GBST Internal brand guidelines

In my current role, I was tasked with designing and assembling the internal brand guidelines for our company. Although the actual rebranding process was managed by an external agency, I played a crucial part in integrating the new brand assets they provided. This was a significant project for our company as we had never previously had formalised brand guidelines for the new brand.

I meticulously catalogued the various logos, colour schemes, typography, and other visual elements provided by the agency but included various brochures and tiles that I designed as an example. I developed a clear, easy-to-follow document that outlined how to consistently apply these brand elements across various mediums and platforms.

I worked closely with different teams to educate them on the new guidelines and facilitate a smooth transition to the updated brand identity, I established rules and best practices for maintaining brand integrity, ensuring that all internal and external communications adhered to the new standards. This project not only enhanced our brand’s visual coherence but also empowered our team with the tools and knowledge needed to maintain a unified brand presence moving forward.
