Collaborated with SuitePad, a leading provider of digital guest communication systems, to enhance the in-room and dining experiences at Shangri-La London. Assisted in UI design for SuitePad tablets installed in guestrooms, TĪNG Restaurant & Lounge, BAR 31 and GŎNG Bar, enabling guests to browse menus digitally. Managed menu updates, sourced imagery, and reported guest feedback to SuitePad for continuous improvement. My design approach was informed by competitor analysis, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing user experience tailored to the luxury hospitality industry.

I aimed for a modern, elegant, and intuitive, designed for luxury hotels. I featured a clean and simple layout, high-quality visuals, and easy navigation to enhance the guest experience. The interface seamlessly integrates digital menus, service bookings, and hotel information while reflecting Shangri-La branding.
