VOYAGER ZHENG - AMPHORA - GŎNG Bar - Shangri-La, The Shard
GŎNG bar inspired by an ancient Chinese Treasure Ship from the early 15th Century Ming Dynasty, in the fleet of Admiral Zheng He, Zheng commanded the largest and most advanced fleet the world has ever seen, with purpose of exploring new lands sailing on an imaginary Zheng ship, the Expert Mixologists at GŎNG have travelled around Asia and chosen 8 countries linked to Shangri-La. In addition I created a Asian themed Amphora which stores the tuscan dry gin brand - Ginepraio, and is inspired by the interior design of GŎNG bar to portray the Asian roots.
Section designs
I designed the Voyager Zheng menu which was inspired by the mixologists who have travelled around Asia, highlighting eight countries linked to Shangri-La with 15 cocktails featured.
